AFL9s Spring 2019 registration and playing top

The spring season of AFL9s will be held on Blackman Park starting Thursday 17 October.

Games will be played on the synthetic field at Blackman Park. Starting times will vary, but will be played between 6:45pm and 8:45pm.

For those who haven’t played before, AFL9s is a social, touch only version of AFL football. It is played outdoors on a rectangular field and requires the usual AFL skills, minus the tackling. You can kick goals, lay off a quick handball and take a diving mark. You can learn about the game and its rules by going to the AFL9s website. In the past, this has been the most popular season for this non-contact version of AFL.

As part of the registration, you will get a LCC playing top. This lightweight training top is made from ISC’s state of the art Airtex performance mesh which assists in wicking moisture away from the body to maximise comfort in even the hottest conditions. Garments are exactly as the players wear to train in day in, day out.

SIZING FAQ

How do I choose the right size?

To measure your clothing size, please follow these simple instructions:

A: CHEST

Run a flexible tape measure across the fullest area of your chest. Be sure to keep the tape measure horizontal

B: WAIST

Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Remember to keep the tape horizontal.

C: HIPS

Standing feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips, holding the tape measure horizontally.

Between two sizes?

Well choose the fit that’s right for you, Do you like a tight fit? Go for the smaller size. Loving the looser fit? Go for the larger size.
